Plan to join us in the Chapel on January 6, 13 and 20 following the 10:00 am worship services to hear Doug Bradbury present a Critical Faith Series – “Walking Away- Why Jack and Jill are leaving the church?”
Critical Faith 101: Generation Z goes to Church! This class will look at recent studies of school aged kids labeled as Gen Z. It will consider unique characteristics of this group and offer insights into how to nurture a faith in families that might have enough staying power to engage a complex culture.
Quantum Christianity: Dynamic cultural changes have shaped conversations around technology, sexuality, politics and economics. This class will consider key elements needed for developing a flourishing faith that dynamically engages cultural shifts of the 21st century.
Technology & Faith: We long to be to be known and connected with others. Despite the enormous amounts of time we spend each day on social media, studies show that we remain lonely and feel disconnected. What impact is this having on kids, grandkids, and parents? How does the family engage in the tech revolution without losing its soul?
